Spatial planning, volumetric studies, and the architectural transformation of interiors. We design structural layouts that are both functional and refined, aligned with the flow of daily life and each client’s needs.
Example:
• Redesign of a 400m² Como Villa, creating an open-concept kitchen and living space for a couple who loves to entertain.
Development of bespoke design concepts that integrate layout, materials, lighting, and functionality. From detailed drawings to project supervision, we shape spaces that embody both elegance and purpose.
Example:
• Turnkey full interior design: furnish from zero with ready and custom furniture and lighting in 15 days.
Curated aesthetic solutions that bring personality, warmth, and softness to each space. This includes the selection of furniture, artworks, lighting, color palettes, and natural materials, all carefully chosen to reflect the client’s identity and our signature soft luxury style.
We curate every detail, down to bed linen, towels, tableware, and final accessories, to deliver a true turnkey experience. If desired, clients can simply move in everything is ready to welcome them.
Example:
• From new pieces of furniture placement to bed linens, plants and accessories.
Architecture and interior redesign of existing spaces, blending safety, functionality, and aesthetics. We breathe new life into environments while respecting their context and history.
Example:
• Full renovation of a 1970s apartment: From demolition of old partitions to rethinking flow, upgraded flooring, replaced plumbing and electrical systems, and selected all new finishes and lighting fixtures.
Personalized style direction based on in-depth client analysis. We define a coherent visual language that expresses the client’s identity throughout the space.
Example:
• Supported the owners of a new high-end apartment defining their interior style before any purchases were made. Through a series of moodboards we established a refined aesthetic direction.
Advisory on finishes, furnishings, textures, and materials, combining practicality with elegance. We support the selection process and coordinate execution alongside the project team.
Example:
• Material selection and coordination for a boutique hotel renovation including flooring, wall finishes, and fittings.
At Martini & Partners, design is not just about spaces: it’s about people and businesses.
Our methodology is grounded in one simple principle: to truly create a space, we must first deeply listen and understand those who will live or stay in it.
We’ve developed a structured yet intuitive process that guides every project from concept to completion, whether it’s a private home or a hospitality setting. Our work combines sensitivity and precision, imagination and problem-solving. We think in 360°, considering how every corner will feel, function, and inspire.
Step 1 — Listening & Vision
It all begins with listening. We immerse ourselves in your lifestyle, brand, or vision and translate that into a curated moodboard that defines the tone, color palette, and emotional atmosphere of the project. This stage is not just aesthetic, it’s strategic. We help you see the potential and begin dreaming with clarity.
We also explore possible spatial layouts and present what we call a preliminary study, a first proposal that gives direction to the entire process.
Step 2 — Technical & Material Development
Once the creative direction is defined, we bring it to life through a detailed technical phase. We produce 3D visualizations (renders) when needed, and define all essential components: materials, finishes, lighting schemes, and architectural elements.
From the height of the bathroom tiles to the positioning of switches, from the plumbing layout to the choice of ceiling lights.
This is where ideas become real: through precise drawings, schemes, and decisions.
Step 3 — Interior Selection & Curation
We select each piece of furniture, wallpaper, textile, and decorative element always considering availability, proportions, functionality, and budget.
Our process is highly organized and agile, thanks to a set of online presentations and digital tools that streamline decision-making and save time, without compromising on detail.
Without this phase, the space would always feel incomplete — this is the filling of the pie, the layer that makes everything truly satisfying and whole.
Step 4 — The Final Touch
Once construction is complete and furnishings are in place, we arrive on site to apply what we call the Magic Touch: the final styling phase that brings soul and warmth to the space.
We adjust furniture placement, hang artworks at the right height, and harmonize every detail: from candles to cushions, plants to tableware creating an atmosphere that feels curated, coherent, and alive.
We believe designers have a trained eye and intuitive sensibility for placement and proportion — something most clients can’t replicate on their own. That’s why our presence at this stage makes all the difference.
This is what soft luxury means to us:
not excess, but intention. A home or a hospitality space that feels complete, effortless, and unique.
A place you never want to leave.
