Mariana Martini is a creative entrepreneur born in Rio de Janeiro, with over 15 years of experience in architecture and interior design. After graduating in Brazil, she opened her first studio in 2012 and went on to complete an MBA in Architecture Office Management. In 2014, she moved to Milan to specialize in luxury interiors at Istituto Marangoni.
In Italy, she worked as a designer at the renowned studio Matteo Thun & Partners. Then, in 2017, she opened her own studio in Milan, merging European expertise with her tropical sensitivity. Today, her firm Martini & Partners has completed over 250 projects across 9 countries and has received 11 awards for design excellence.
Mariana has also been active in academia, teaching at Istituto Marangoni in Milan and Labasad in Barcelona.
Alongside her architectural practice, she is the founder of the Mariana Martini Academy, now ArchPrime, a digital marketing school that since 2020 has helped over 1500 architects and designers to authentically position themselves in the market. She was the first professional to introduce the concepts of branding and marketing applied to architecture in Italy, becoming a reference point in the field. Her strong online presence has led to major content collaborations with design brands like Florim, St. Margherita, and Graff, as well as with global names such as Montblanc, Samsung, and Epson.
Today, Mariana works as a mentor and architect with the mission to transform not only spaces but also professional journeys through design, communication, and inspiration.

Originally from Budapest, Hungary, Fanni Szarvas is an interior architect with a deep appreciation for cultural context, materials, and the emotional resonance of space. She graduated in Architecture from Politecnico di Milano in 2016, but her true passion has always been interior design and the history of architecture, fields that allow her to explore how people live, feel, and express themselves through their environments.
Fanni’s international experience has shaped her creative approach from the very beginning. She studied and worked in multicultural settings across Italy and Switzerland before settling in Milan, where she joined Mariana Martini’s studio in 2018. She became a partner shortly after, contributing to the studio’s growth and expansion into Budapest and Prague.
Her work is driven by a love for art, refined materials, and the unique cultural and personal stories of each client. She believes that interiors should not only be elegant and functional but also deeply personal spaces that reflect mood, memory, and identity with subtlety and intention.
